General conditions for using AirChekin and AirChekin Team.

1. Operator and acceptance
The AirChekin ecosystem is operated by NEWCORP SERVIÇOS ADMINISTRATIVOS LTDA, CNPJ 14.852.879/0001-04. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, without prejudice to mandatory rights under applicable law.
2. Nature of the service
AirChekin is a technology platform supporting stays, bookings, check-ins, guest identification, access control and related operations. AirChekin Team provides role-specific interfaces for Front Desk and Cleaning. The platform does not replace the legal or operational responsibilities of hosts, owners, managers, condominiums, guests or service providers and is not, by itself, a property manager, lodging operator or guarantor of physical security.
3. Account and credentials
Users must provide accurate, complete and current information and protect their credentials. Accounts are personal except for features expressly intended for teams or organizations. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
4. Roles and permissions
Available features and information may vary by role, relationship, invitation, plan and permissions. Hosts, Condominium Managers, Front Desk and Cleaning users must use only the resources required for their duties.
5. Guests and check-in
Check-in may be completed through a web page opened from a link, without requiring the guest to install the app. Guests must provide accurate and current information. Anyone submitting companion data declares that they are entitled to do so; for minors, they must be the legal guardian or have authorization from the legal guardian.
6. Validations
AirChekin may use technology and specialized providers to check CPF, documents and other information. These checks support operations and do not constitute an absolute guarantee of identity, authenticity, absence of fraud, future behavior or stay security.
7. Stay responsibilities
The person responsible for the stay remains responsible for decisions within their scope, including reviewing information, authorization where applicable, and compliance with property, condominium, booking-platform and legal rules.
8. Plans and features
AirChekin may offer free and paid plans with different limits, features and automation levels. Current commercial conditions are presented through official channels, the app or the store responsible for the purchase and may be updated for new purchases subject to applicable rights.
9. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play, App Store or another authorized intermediary are also subject to that intermediary's billing, renewal, refund and cancellation rules. Deleting an AirChekin account does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription.
10. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party infrastructure, validation, analysis, notifications, app stores or other services and may be subject to their availability and limitations.
11. Permitted use
Users may not use the service for unlawful purposes, fraudulently provide or manipulate data or documents, access accounts or functions without authorization, bypass security controls, deliberately interfere with availability, introduce malicious code or violate third-party rights.
12. Suspension
AirChekin may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, investigation of misuse, legal compliance, user protection or platform preservation, subject to applicable law.
13. Availability
We seek to keep services available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, connectivity failures, third-party outages and events outside reasonable control may affect features.
14. Intellectual property
AirChekin trademarks, interfaces, text, visual elements, software and proprietary content are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited authorization to use the service.
15. Privacy
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Users entering third-party data must do so lawfully and consistently with the purposes of the stay.
16. Account termination and deletion
Users may use the provided mechanisms to close or delete an account. Operational, shared or historical records may be retained, anonymized or disassociated where necessary or permitted by law. See Delete account.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirChekin is not responsible for acts or omissions of users or third parties, false information supplied by third parties, decisions made by hosts or condominiums, violations of stay rules, or failures of external services outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service, commercial conditions or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated where required.
19. Applicable law and mandatory rights
These Terms are interpreted according to the law applicable to the relationship. Nothing is intended to waive mandatory consumer, data-protection or other non-waivable rights in the competent jurisdiction.
